Holly Malfair became involved with We Care 19 years ago in Vancouver. It was her experience working in this location that motivated her to purchase the Vernon franchise when it became available. As the mother of two children, ages 12 and 15, Holly finds We Care to be a perfect fit with her family life.

An RN, Holly has over 25 years of experience providing care to the community. Holly says that the diversity of her clients is what excites her most about the business.

It is important to the Vernon staff that every client be treated like a member of the family. She hires staff who are caring, empathetic and who have an attitude of sharing that makes the difference to the clients they visit with every day.

We Care Vernon provides companion services, home making, personal care, and family support in home and in institutions. We Care nurses also support the community with flu and wellness clinics as well as foot care.
