Please bring your doctor’s requisition and your medical card. Those with existing standing orders, have your doctor fax your requisition to 1-250-374-5638 with Blind Bay clearly marked on the top right hand corner. Call 250-374-1644 for information.

- Sanitize your hands before you enter and upon entry.
- Level 3 masks are mandatory. Please bring your own or you can obtain one from the centre when you arrive.
- Arrive no more than 5 minutes before your appointment
- Sanitize your hands when you are leaving.
If you are feeling unwell, see you doctor. Do not come to the centre if you have any symptoms of Covid. Please follow the required protocols if you have been in contact with someone who is ill, or has recently been out of province or in contact with someone who has.
PUBLIC HEALTH NURSE from Interior Health will provide immunization for children and adults and support for Mom’s and Babies at Copper Island Health and Wellness Centre on the 2nd Monday of each month. Phone 250-833-4101 to book an appointment. The dates may vary based on statutory holidays.
FOOT CARE is offered by an LPN at the Copper Island Health and Wellness Centre. The fee is $40 and appointments can be made by calling 250-675-3661.
SENIOR RESOURCE
COPPER ISLAND SENIORS RESOURCES has a volunteer on duty every Tuesday and Thursday to answer your questions or inquiries concerning help for seniors and families. Phone 250-675-3661 or email sshealthss@gmail.com for assistance. We do check our messages.

INCOME TAX: – In January of each year, we offer free income tax preparations for those that qualify. Call 250-675-3661 for more information. Bring your 2020 Income Tax information to Copper Island Health & Wellness Centre.
